The house is quiet. Ahhh. (After a while Christmas Carols are just annoying!) The tree is down, decorations packed. Time to focus on what lies ahead while acknowledging the past year. We have lost friends who can never be replaced, we have friends suffering from illness and some deep in grief. And yet, we cannot hug them. That is one wish for 2021. That we can once again hug each other tightly and for as long as needed. Then there are small local businesses that are truly hurting...my second wish for 2021 is that we all grow to understand the far reaching impact of shopping local. Construction, our business, has not been impacted .. we have been lucky and acknowledge that luck. And lastly that charity will stay in our hearts. Giving is so much better than getting. . . Peace to all. Joy to all. Good health to all.
