Tim V. is a terminally-ill individual who has been battling cancer for over three years. He is 47. Doctors gave him six weeks to live the first of February, 2010, but he is still going strong as of July. Tim is not an ordinary kind of survivor; he is a joyous encourager of others who are also cancer victims. He began a Cancer group in his church where he served for over seven years as worship director. His voice is sharp and clear to this day as he sings for the Lord.
Tim has had over 36 appearances in SS classes, church services and other places, since the doctors gave him their diagnosis, to urge individuals to use their time in the most profitable way. He is not in the least discouraged by his condition. His impact in the lives of family and friends is phenomenal.

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
