My mom was my hero. It was eleven of us and we would stand at the kitchen door each day and she would ask, "what do you want today?". She would prepare breakfast eleven different ways. I never heard her complain. My mother recently passed and I was close to her, she would not do much for herself. I made sure that every moment was full of joy. I did my class speech and made a certificate of appreciation for her and my father for their personal sacrifice putting their dreams and goals on hold to raise a family.
