My older sister, Linda 'Lou', who would have turned '50' today - we lost her 13 years ago to a drunk driver at 3 o'clock in the afternoon (thankfully, she was killed instantly).
She was someone who always made others feel better about themselves. Always showed she cared. She had this addictive laugh you never would forget. She always remembered the 'special days' for mom on dad's behalf. Loved kids. Never found Mr. Right - his loss.
My favorite outfit she wore has got to be her bib overall shorts and sandals.

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
