Our daughter is our American Hero. Throughout school, all academic and athletic. At 14, became part of a blended family. In her junior year, took the wrong road. At 22, became a soldier with the United States Army. Just left from Alaska back to Afghanistan. The military is her life. She believes all Americans should serve two years in the military. She entered the armed forces because she thrives on routine and stability. She wants to give back. She wants to protect our Country and her battle buddies. She wants to further educate herself. She loves putting on and wearing her uniform. She wants to retire from the armed services. Brieana wants to make a difference, and she is. She has earned two military coins and gave them to her step-father; one for Father's Day and one for Christmas. She is our daughter. She is our hero.
