Ms. Rose is an everyday hero at my school. She jumped into a position that she did not go to school for but she learned from her mother (who teaches next to her). Ms. Rose is always there for our good and bad days after all we come from different walks of life. We deal with bullying and conformity every day at our school. One thing she saw in me was a leader. Through the Nutrition course she taught we could become members of the Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) organization. She not only got me involved but assisted me into becoming a leader in the organization. My first year I was Sergeant at Arms. My second year I became the Regional President then a Louisiana State Vice President. I know she says I did it all but I didn't! She helped push me into the leader I am today. Not only was I involved in Leadership but she also talked me into competing in the culinary arts competition where we won the State Gold Medal for that year which was a first for our school.
Ms. Rose taught us that there is a leader in all of us but to find it we must work as a team! After all Together, Everyone, Achieves, More !
Future students are going to see that she leads by encouragement.

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
