My mother, Wanda Snipes has contributed lots of things to others and her children. She used to be a national runner and opera singer, until she had children. She joined the military in search of training to go to the olympics, when she had children she gave up running a opera to raise us. She has help lots of people with housing and bringing people up from there feet. There was this one lady that got kicked out of her own daughter's house and was left on the street. Once my mother saw her get kicked out she asked if she needed a place to stay. She offered housing in trade for baby sitting. She has been living well and has been going on with her life ever since. That is just one out of 100 people she has help.

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
