MOD POD

MOD POD wants to nominate our own leadership lab crew as our hero. Everyone in our lab came together not knowing each other or having very little exposure to one another. It was a bit unnerving having to wait to find out who we were going to be grouped with. Our group consists of Melissa, Olga and Desirae. We quickly realized that we were going to work well together as we acclimated to our own individual learning styles, communication styles, and leadership traits. Any fears we harbored about the unknown were halted. Olga and Desirae shared the same vision and drive as I do. We truly have not experienced any conflict amongst our lab crew. We chose laughter for this nomination because we love to laugh, have fun while remaining flexible with change and challenges. I love you ladies and am so thankful I had an opportunity to meet you. You are both truly an inspiration.
