My Father is more than a hero. I never knew it till later in life. He is now 85 yrs old and still giving. My father belongs to The Salvation Army and has stood at the Red Kettle every Christmas. This coming year if he is able to do it will mark his 60th year doing so. My father never has had much of an education, always struggled just to get by, but always had a smile for others. He has encouraged so many. His giving will be remembered for years to come.

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
