A fresh Tuesday morning and to my eyes falling on a dog on my street which was getting disturbed by the two crows which were attacking him. It was after some time when I noticed that there was a small crow who was being attacked by that dog and the two big crows were trying to protect their child crow from the dog. Then I went and brought the small crow and gave it shelter. Then me and my sister took it in a basket to the the charity foundation where its wounds could be cured. We went as speedily as possible as this young crow was very delicate and it could die at any moment. But as we were searching for the address at some point I asked my sister to check how its condition was. But to my bad luck it had no breath. Yes, it had no breath at all…!! It was gone. We did not find the foundation, we decided to return back home. While driving I could not believe my eyes what I just saw and I was crying so badly that I hardly managed to balance my vehicle. Then after we returned home, we buried it in our backyard. This all happened before 12am and now after lunch when my eyes looked outside, I found the two crows, i.e the young crow’s parents, still sitting on the branch of the tree in front of my house waiting for its child to return. I could not understand what I must do! I did not wanted to make the young crow’s parents upset, but, there was nothing that I could do! Though being 5 ft tall and having more capacity than my physical appearance, I could not save its life! I just thought that the two birds had more trust on humans than do we have on ourselves! They are still waiting in front of our house on the hope that some day they will be able to see their child crow doing the same as they did all trough their lives in skies high above all of us! It knows not what culture we follow or what our past is, but still it could have that trust on us which is very difficult for any parent when particularly their child is about to die! I feel guilty now as the young crow was placed in wrong hands for its cure. I assure you that if the bird understands more than what we can and its feelings are much more strong than ours. It can understand things if the kind which is beyond the reach of each one of us.

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
