Friendship
One of my sister’s friends is sitting at this quince. Just by looking at her you could tell she isn’t very comfortable. She is sitting there with mean looking face. She gives everyone a really dirty look. This reminds me of the time I was in the same situation.
My friends had planned to go to a quince one day. I was really excited. For one reason I could see some of my friends I hadn’t seen is awhile. Also because it was one of my really close friend’s big day.
As soon as I walked in I saw a lot of people. All the people there were being way too loud. I was already really annoyed. The place smelt amazing I’m not going to lie, like Mexican food. A girl gave my friend a hug and as she turned her hair went in my mouth- it was horrible. The quinceanera girl look as beautiful as a princess.
I just wanted to leave as quickly as possibly because the music and people there were not the usual people I listen or are around with. It looked like everyone was having a good time except for me. Everyone there were dancing and laughing.
A song came on everyone quickly went to the dance floor. I became even more annoyed and also very mad at my friends. One of my friends, her name is Dolly, instantly she came up to me to see why I wasn’t dancing. Dolly then took me outside to talk about what was wrong.
“I don’t like the people here neither the music,” I said.
“Why not? Please try to have Ana you were the one that wanted to come...” she said.
Later on after talking to her we just sat outside, talked about stupid things, and laughed. By then the night was over and we went inside, got all our friends together, and said our goodbyes.
Suddenly, I’m back in the present. After the song ends I go and sit next to my sister’s friend. “ What’s wrong?” I ask her. “ I don’t like the people neither the music,” she replies.
Turns out she has the same problem I had. I then take her outside to talk about things, and what she likes to do. We leave the quince and go for a bite at McDonald’s. At the end of the night she has more fun then she intended to.
