Motivation
I am walking in the school halls, going to class, talking to my friend. Then I turn around and I see a girl walking. Right away I notice that she is pregnant.
I suddenly remember about my cousin’s wife, Adilene. I remember the first time she talked to me. She said “Hi”, and “Hey” was my response. She seemed like a really nice girl. She was tall and skinny, with dark black hair and some nice tan skin, as if she barely came back from the beach. Adilene came to my house with my cousin to live with us. She was only 17 years old and she had to drop out of high school because she use to live in Nebraska.
Later on she tried to go back to school but it was difficult to go to school and after go to work. She was pregnant may times but she had many miscarriages. She and my cousin moved back to Nebraska with her mom and she was finally pregnant again but when she was 4 months pregnant she had a miscarriage and it was really hard for her. She had so much enthusiasm for this baby girl. Months later she decided to try again to get her GED. Months later she found out she was pregnant but it was a really bad pregnancy because she could not go up and down the stairs more than two times. She could not drive at all nor go to work, nor lift objects that weighed more than seven pounds.
She had to inject some fluid in her stomach to help the development of the baby. Then she tried her hardest to get her GED. Finally she did. After she gave birth to her baby soon she got accepted at a job where she lends loans and cashes checks.
Instantly I stop thinking and walked past by the student. I smile to the student and then go to class.
