Overcoming
At the beginning of football season I could not workout with the football team. So I started watching documentaries of el Chicharito Hernandez. In a part of a documentary he had worked hard to get Mexico to the world cup. But they ran out of space on the tour bus. He had to go home and not play.
He was sad and thought his career was over. So he had to watch the game from his house. He had to watch his friends win the cup without him. His family tried to cheer him up. He didn’t pay attention and spent his time crying.
He didn’t give up though and kept playing with his team. After all that hard work he finally got to play in the world cup in South Africa. Then he became a great soccer player like Pele in his career. He got offers from a lot of huge teams. He chose Manchester United and he signed a contract with the team. So after that I put in work and now I can work out with the football team.
Back then when I worked out with the football team I was as slow as a snail. I was also as weak as a rabbit. Now when I work out with the football team I am as strong as everyone else. There are still people that are stronger and lift more but I am getting there. Football is hard but it’s worth it.
So if you have a goal never give up on it. Like Javier Hernandez did not give up on it you should not either. Also I didn’t give up on football I just worked harder. So never give up because it will get better if you just think positive. Just think of all the good things.
