It is the true story of my cousin brother named
Kaushik Mazumder, it was early sixties when he
was born and after completing two and half years
after his birth, his two legs were badly harmed
with polio, that time, in India, there was no oral
dose, vaccination used to be given to new born
baby or child, sometimes, due to corrupted medicine
injected into the child, there was a possibility of
reverse effect of the medicine and same thing occurred
to my brother but my aunt and uncle(Kaushik's parents)
did not loose hope, as my brother grew up, they made
a special four wheeled chair cart and a steel made support
attached with shoes bound with a special belt from the
back side, as the steel was heavy but my aunt and uncle
made him regular practice with this specially supported shoe.
Both of them were eminent teachers in Government school
and they wanted that their son would be a great one in future.
My brother completed his post graduation in statistics from
Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, later on, he went abroad
both in U.S.A and France to do his research work independently and now he is a senior professor in Indian
Statistical Institute in Bangalore, he stays there independently
and does his every work independently, still he visits abroad
to join seminars independently, such my aunt, uncle's determination along with my brother's effort became fruitful
which inspired me a lot.

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
