I nominated a softball coach of mine named Joe P. He has coached me since I was eight years old and has been an inspiration to me. He was always kind to all the girls on my team and cared about us more then you could ever believe. He owns a restaurant and after games he would treat us to dinner. He is a very humble man and I appreciate everything he has done for me.

What a wonderful story. WOW! I'm a true believer that one simple thing can create complex things. One simple act changed the perspective of not only the three of them but of all the people around them. Now including me. Blessings.

What a beautiful story! So often...most often, actually, kind deeds go unappreciated, but when they *are* sincerely appreciated, it has a way of warming one's heart in a way that nothing else can. Thank you for sharing this with us. :)

Beauty, beauty...it shows there is something more valuable than money...I was very happy when I read this story. This story gives us a lesson that small things which we do can spread lots of happiness around.
