Kezia is my mother. I nominate her because of the hard work she did in bringing up the ten of us. Neither she nor my dad had formal employment. She did manual work and subsistence business to ensure that we had clothing, food and school levies. She is an exceptional mother who deserves recognition.

I wish more words of wisdom were around daily for the younger generation to absorb in the heart and soul for a change in the kids of the future.

I love this story. It says a lot about how great it is to take a step back and breathe, and see things more simply.

I like that passage. The father-in-law, I can tell, is one of those people who is bright and wise in the moment. What he said, is in my opinion, was sympathetic and reflected humility on his part.
