He released his book about his family's cancer journey. It has some amazing stories which feature Elvis, Patrick Swayze and even Oprah. The purpose of the book is to raise awareness for other cancer treatment options available overseas but unfortunately not in Australia. Proceeds of the book will actually go toward purchasing Australia's 1st Cyberknife cancer treatment which he will donate to an Australian hospital. He even got a team of doctors from the USA who have volunteered to come to Australia to train Australian staff in its use. Cyberknife is sub millimetre accurate, non invasive and requires no drugs or surgery so there are no side effects. It only takes one treatment session in most cases. It treats most cancers including children. It may not be appropriate for everyone, but as we don't have it, no one gets the choice. He aims to rectify that. Cyberknife is available world-wide and has been for over a decade so it's a proven and recognized treatment.

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
