My hero is my mom because she has improved hers, mine, and my brothers lives in so many ways in just six years. My mom is the strongest person I know. She lost her mom before the end of her senior year and her dad at nineteen. After being married to my dad for thirteen years she divorced him, which is one of the hardest things she has done but was definitely for the better. After she left my dad she went back to school at forty-six years old and is still going four years later. She has an amazing job helping women at Advocates Against Domestic Abuse, and I couldn’t count the times I’ve heard from people how good she is at her job. Like I said my mom is the strongest person I know and always will be.

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
