My hero is my dad for a lot of reasons. His intelligence, creativity, and caring personality are what make him my hero.
I’ll start with his intelligence. He graduated Aitkin High School in 1984 as one of the biggest rednecks. He then went to a four year college to become a mechanic which is what he still is today. He can diagnose problems with vehicles in the most fascinating ways that he learned by himself through all his years of working on motors. He also helps me with all my homework problems and has a good way of teaching me how to do it in the way that is the best.
He is also really creative; inventing things that are absolutely mind blowing. He also built our house with no blue prints or anything and he does it with very limited resources. He also modifies snowmobiles using parts that he made himself.
My dad has always been the most caring person to be around. Anytime that I would drive out to the cities to play with my band he would always check the air in the tires for me and would help me carry my drum equipment which is very heavy. He’s never not helped me when I ask him and he’d give anything to anybody to help them out. He’s a very caring person that I hope I can measure up to someday.
