My dad is my personal hero. The image provided is a picture of him earlier this year (2013) with my niece flying a kite together. He was filled with love and life while he was with us. He passed away on September 12, 2013 from a motorcycle wreck. He always had time to spend with his family as has inspired all of us to live with integrity and passion for relationships. I remember the time he would spend with me throwing the baseball after a long days work until supper time. I thank him for the sacrifice of time showing me he loved me enough to take time with me. His devotion to his family will live on as my wife and I bring a daughter into the world in January 2014 and spend precious time with her teacher her the ways of our family and sharing about her grandpa with her.
