Theresa S

My hero is my mom, Theresa. She is the first person I knew who was so strong at heart and had the courage to fight back in any situation. Without her, our family would never have been financially settled and peaceful. She is always there and understands our needs even before we realize them. With her kind smile and courage, she has always made me believe in myself, build confidence and stand up to any situation/trial and fight. After all these today I am a software engineer and just wanted to share how important my mom is to all of us.

A great story shared. Thank you! In this age where people have forgotten what values and culture mean. I really felt very happy to read this story. Not only kids; many of our elders must also embody values so that their children would learn seeing them.

I also worked with a YMCA summer camp. The four pillars changed my life, and I hope they keep influencing others like they have those around us!

It's nice to read somehting of this kind, especially when we know that kids today are getting more standoffish and brazen than ever. Instilling values from the very begining is the need of the hour. I feel it's never too late to start with kids because kids take shape from their surroundings. So, instilling good values in kids would accomplish greater goals that seems like a tale today.
