With the daily frustrations, busy lifestyles, desires of success, and the expectation to be and do everything, we sometimes forget what is most important at this moment.
Everyone has heard the sayings, "Live in the moment," "Live as if today could be your last." You don't know when your last day will be. Or the last day of your spouse, child, friend, mother or father.
When your child is whining, or you can't sleep because your child is sneaking into your bed at night, or your child makes the same mess every day, all day. When your husband leaves the seat up or his socks throughout the house. When your mother calls at the most inconvient moments--every day, your dad says the most insensitive things unknowingly, or your friend pops over unannounced all the time.
Remember to ask yourself this question, "In this moment, what is most important?" Is it to keep the house clean or enjoy the children? Is it to sleep or to cuddle with your child? If your husband passed, would the socks or the toilet seat matter? Maybe your friend finds comfort in you and loves being or feeling like a part of your family. Or just maybe, your mother needs YOU.
Today in the moments of frustration, ask yourself the question, "In this moment, what is most important?"

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
