I just read a story about a little girl who was made fun of because she had freckles. She was holding hands with her Grandma and her Grandma heard the other child say "Oh , you have "ugly" freckles. The little girl was near tears , but the Grandma instead of reprimanding the other child , said "Oh , I look into your face and say oh , your freckles are one of the most beautiful sights to see." And then the Grandma said "what do see that is beautiful?" The little girl said ,"why ,Grandma , your wrinkles." This story reminded me of being with my own grand daughter , holding her hand and laughing. We are so fortunate to have the "innocence" of children around us. And we should be thankful for it.

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
