Tied Up and Alone

I'm a very outgoing, happy, extremely pretty woman of 38. I own a small art supply store with a small staff including three high school students who help out in the afternoons. We don't get busy until four or five so I open at noon and am usually alone for a few hours. Two weeks ago I opened up and was immediately shoved inside by a man and a woman who demanded money and bank cards. The woman tied my hands behind my back very tightly while her partner began putting items in a sack they brought. I was taken into the back, gagged with my kerchief, and placed face down on the floor where they bound my legs and hogtied me. When I began shaking the woman was nice enough to caress my shoulders and tell me that someone would find me soon.
No one found me, I hadn't removed the closed sign on the door, and no matter how much I struggled I could not work myself free. I was scared, helpless, horribly uncomfortable and so, so alone. Three and a half hours passed until the kids came. I heard them and began "mmphing" with all my might until they found me. At that point I was exhausted, achy, disoriented and even embarrassed to be seen this way.
Then these kid, two young women and a guy, amazed me. They seemed to know just what to do. They managed to get me untied apologizing for how long it took, The girls held and comforted me while the boy called the police. They helped me to a chair, got me water and continued to hold me, massaging my wrists while we waited. They didn't leave my side even when the police came and went with me to the police station. In this short space of time I went from being all alone, helplessly bound up in a heap to being treated like a queen. Despite the occasional stories we read about teens doing bad things I think most of them, especially these three, are wonderful and I want everyone to know. I actually went home that day feeling upbeat.
