My fiancée, Mike, turned his life around, from drugs to a degree and leads by example. A motorcycle accident left him with serious injuries. Though the bones healed, the pain resulting from this seems to be a constant companion. With determination and courage, he keeps on plugging away at his classes to get his bachelor's degree. He tries to be there for his kids in so many ways: encouraging and guiding with rules as well as sharing hugs. Mike shares his vast knowledge (and the actual vegetables) of his gardening experience along with the multitude of things he has learned with anyone who asks. People aren't perfect, but Mike is a wonderful example of trying your best, even on bad days, to get through, past and around the negative's in life; to make life better for you, yours and those around you. He proves that with determination, you can do it!

The real beauty of a woman is brought out in this story. What an awesome lady....most of us care for our physical beauty, but let us also work on becoming strong, full of strength, courage and the great determination which would make a girl really beautiful!

Thank you. I have just now gotten some renewed energy to fight through the medical problems I am facing. I will not let them overtake me. Thank you to you and your grandma.

I hadn't seen my grandma since I was born. I should have experienced being loved and cared by Susie May Isaacs. Her grandchildren are so lucky enough to feel her motherly warmth.

My Grandmother was an awesome example as well. It shows how very important it is to always be your best even when you don't feel like it.
